1996/8/8 COCO Lion Under Seal

(dream) A lion is eating on the second floor of a big, rickety, deserted-looking, wooden building; what could be a school. The room the lion occupies is very large, separated from the hallway by a simple door. It has no lock, nor even a small bolt. I am told, however, that the door closes from the inside, and the lion cannot get out. I enter the lion's room together with someone, and am charged with closing the door. It closes just as I had been told. The lion lies still in the pitch dark. Good, he's sleeping, I think, it would be frightful if he got heated. I wonder, however, if he is really alive? I open the door again, and the sleeping lion raises his neck. Oh no, he is in fact alive! Scared, I hurriedly close the door. I descend the stairs and attempt to leave the building. The entrance is also of rickety wood, no protection against lions. It is structured like a lion pit but could easily be crossed. That aside, if a lion did actually come, what on earth would I do? Just thinking it makes me shutter.
